Hey! I’m Holly Jansen. I am a local, born and bred right here in Pukekohe, Franklin.
I created and sold the local café Town Mouse, after having a well-earned break I am back, ready to serve delicious, modern and fresh food to you!
Food is my life, it’s my passion and my career, with 20 years’ experience I know what is going to work for your event, to wow and delight your guests, family and friends no matter what the function.
I love to source as many local seasonal ingredients as possible to showcase the amazing produce of the Franklin area then create simple, modern and memorable food.
I understand everyone’s needs, wants and wishes are different, so I can customise menus or canapés just for you!
I love creating, cooking and making people happy with food and can’t wait to work with you on your next event, either at yours or at ours x
